Everything in Cochran's bakery is made right here on site. Fresh everyday from scratch.
Some of the recipes used are Tim's mom's (Elva Cochran)
We do not use any additives or preservatives!!
We use Maritime grown organic grains from Speerville Flour Mill in our dark breads (whole wheat, multi grain and Rye).

We bake most everything every day, but there are a few specially items we only make on certain days
Mother's Baked Beans - Thursday
Brown & Raisin Brown Bread - Thursday and Saturday
Sour Dough - Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Focaccia - Saturday
Coconut Cream Pies - Wednesday and Saturday
Pineapple Squares - Friday

We make everything from scratch using BOB'S RED MILL 1 to 1 as our GF flour.
Our Bakery is not "Gluten Free", but we do everything we can to prevent cross contamination.
